VANCOUVER CONDOMINIUM RENOVATION

Our role was to act as the owner’s representative for quality control, scheduling and budget oversight as this Design/Build contract took place. This was originally a 1250 ft2 condominium with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that was converted into a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit to maximize and enlarge desired exterior views and space in the family dining room.


MISSISSAUGA CONDOMINIUM RENOVATION

This new project was set up as a Design/Build contract, where Jason Chiu Architect acted as the owner’s representative, overseeing the progress of the design, drawing review and construction administration on behalf of the clients. This project was for a client looking to retire into a recently purchased 3000 ft2 condominium. They were looking to downsize and requested for our team to make it fit to their new retirement lifestyle. The existing floor plan was laid out as a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom layout.
