This renovation project was for a client who runs a physiotherapy clinic. The requirements called for a renovation of 1,300 sf space to provide for a lobby / waiting area, office, gym, 4 exam rooms, washroom and break room. Due to the narrow width of the tenant space, we maximized the height to create volume and selected unique fixtures to add character and color to the space.
