As our company continues to grow, Jason Chiu Architect Inc. is in the works for designing and building their new office headquarters. The plan is to demolish an existing single storey dwelling to give room for a new 2 storey office building (6520 ft2), where we would occupy 1 of the 4 units built. Parking would be located in the back of the property, while the building located in the front, creating a pedestrian-centered design in accordance to the Queen Street Heritage Design guidelines. We intentionally designed the building facade to express a similar architectural language with the surrounding neighborhood, but with a more modern twist.
