Owner Representation
We will represent the owner in matters pertaining to the project and will review any issues presented by the design consultants for discussion. All consultants and project aspects under the owner’s scope of responsibilities will be coordinated, such as Geotech, OFOI items, security and special consultants.
Third Party Quality Control Review of Contact Documents (i.e. Design/Build)
We will review and comment on the provided contract documents from the owner for accuracy and conformance to all building codes, fire codes, zoning by laws, and construction standards (i.e. AODA, etc.).
Code and Zoning bylaw Review - resolution with Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)
We will review and propose solutions to existing building's compliance issues and work with the owner and the city to best resolve the issue to the satisfaction of both the AHJ and our client.
Project Management (contract, schedule, and budget management for owners)
We will manage the project's day to day operations from initial design team selection to schedule and budget management.
